A question I get asked all the time is 'what should I eat for breakfast?'. It's vital for our energy levels to avoid a sugar-laden breakfast and instead have something that will keep our blood-sugar stable and sustain us till lunch. In my talks and workshops recently, I've been asked loads of times for my recipe for Glorious Granola. It's a healthy alternative to sugary breakfast cereals and is way more satisfying than toast.
So here it is. My often-requested and very simple recipe for Glorious Granola. It's low in sugar, high in crunch and is delicious with yogurt or almond milk and a few berries.
